課程簡介Sleep is essential for our health and well-being, but many people struggle to get a good night’s rest. One of the common causes of poor sleep quality is obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a condition where the airway collapses or becomes blocked during sleep, leading to snoring, gasping, and frequent awakenings. Another cause of disrupted sleep is nocturnal asthma, a type of asthma that worsens at night due to changes in temperature, humidity, allergens, and hormones.
 
Both OSA and nocturnal asthma can affect the quality and quantity of sleep, as well as the oxygen levels in the blood. This can have negative consequences for the brain, heart, immune system, and mood. Therefore, it is important to diagnose and treat these conditions to improve sleep and overall health.
 
By addressing the underlying causes of the sleep problems, we can improve the sleep quality and enjoy the benefits of a good night’s rest. Remember that sleep is not a luxury but a necessity for your health and happiness.
