| 課程簡介 | Parkinson’s disease is a recognizable clinical syndrome with a range of causes and clinical presentations. Motor and non-motor symptoms represent variably throughout the course of the disease. Management of Parkinson’s disease is depending upon individual characteristics including age, disease duration, activity of daily living need and premorbid conditions. It was always a challenging because of motor complication in advanced stage such as motor fluctuation, levodopa induced dyskinesia and medication refractory symptoms. Treatment goals vary from person to person, emphasizing the need for personalized management. Optimal management requires a multidisciplinary team approach, including a growing repertoire of nonpharmacological interventions. The presentation will cover the practical management in the early-stage and advanced-stage of Parkinson’s disease, including pharmacological treatment, device-aid therapy, nonpharmacological interventions, and multidisciplinary care for people with Parkinson’s disase. |
