| 課程大綱 | Current practice guideline suggest that patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding should undergo endoscopy within 24 hours after admission. Early intervention within 12 hours should be arranged in patients with suspicion of gastroesophageal varcieal bleeding or developed signs or symptoms of unstable clinical condition such as tachycarcia, hypotension or fresh blood show in the NG tube. More recently, some well-designed randomized control trial focused on the timing of endoscopy were conducted. We will oragnized the information and present to the audience. |
